FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
(Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.)
(Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000)
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Poll

You booked your ticket using Priceline and got the 15 minute message which ultimately resulted in no booking. Then...

Got it reinstated just by talking to Priceline over the phone
Got it reinstated just by talking to Delta over the phone
Got it reinstated by faxing the Priceline contract to Delta
Got it reinstated WITH DIFFERENT FLIGHTS THAN ORIGINAL ONES by faxing the Priceline contract to Delta and changing the flights
Faxed different flights that the original ones and got turned down
Faxed Delta and it still didn't help (as in got actually turned down)

I explained in the other thread, I reserved business and my return flight business was sold out.  So, she said I have to change my return flight.  They have to book me in business so she gave me options of that day and even for other days I took 1 extra day.

I was in the last page of the checkout on a ticket at like 12pm, all info filled out, logged in.. but it kept giving me an error "fill out email" but there was no box for email..I should have taken a screen shot eh

Tried option 4, rep said no changes are possible (unless fees) since airfare was super cheap. In just happyy honered everything even though flight times are not so convenient. Will still try and work on better flights.

Spent an hour on the phone only to be told by the rep that they only see LAX- LIH and not my hometown to LAX leg. So now I am back to faxing in my original contract and waiting. Oh well!

Without calling even?

From what I understood you have to call at least. Meanwhile since they could only verify part of my trip with Priceline they couldn't reinstate it and told me to fax in what I do have.

i just called 1800 221 1212 (via comment from main site) and got re-ticketed. First agent i spoke to said they were only honoring tickets that were actually purchased on Thursday but I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor knew exactly what to do. Took 36 minutes from start to finish. Two tix for JFK to HNL in first class for $371 over presidents day weekend!

They told me to call cooperate office which I did and they told me that they can't do anything, then they told me that in 72 hours they'll begin calling the ppl who've missed their flights,

On my final call I asked for a supervisor so she told me I gotta email, so I told her that it's time sensitive so she contacted me to a supervisor (was on hold less then 5 min) then he worked it out with me...
