Ultimate rewards mall refusing to issue points

Hey everyone,

I spent almost $45k on my various ink cards on purchases with the same vendor via the Ultimate rewards mall. Chase claims I did not go through UR mall. this was not my first time using it so I knew what I was doing so I am at a loss about what to do. At the time that I made the purchases the promo was 3x per dollar so were talking about a lot of points....

Please help!!

Apple actually.

Chase rep said i must have logged into Apple to make those transactions but that was not the case, I specifically did NOT log in to Apple!

I had the same issue with Shoebuy. Chase rep says I didn't go through UR Mall, though I've done it many times and know how to do it. They also claim that they can no longer manually issue the points.

" - I bought iPhones, Does this mean I needed to buy a 2 year contract in order to get the points....?

Im pretty sure you need to buy the iphones on contract to get the points
I used ebates when i bought off apple and i got 1% cash back shorty after

You want to start with a clean browser when going through a shopping portal. This is the way I have always done it.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

But don't they need cookies in order to track the purchase through the portal to the merchant website? I thought cookies are disabled in incognito.

Not sure but I thought it uses cookies for that session but are cleared when you close that session. Maybe one of the techs can chime in.

Does it work ( to get points) when you buy things through the ultimate rewards mall on your smartphone? How do I get incognito on my computer?  All isee in internet explorer?

I believe thats part of the regular T&Cs, so unless you are signing up for a contract you wont get any points

I purchased $20k from the ur mall at 5x and also after so many chats calls etc. I gave up ever seeing these points
