Hey,
So i am planning a trip quite soon starting off in Buenos Aires and in the beginning of my trip i will be making my way up north to La Paz, Bolivia. Currently my plan is to bus up to Iguazzu Falls, and then fly to Salta, Argentina. From there I hope to make it north to the Bolivian border and tour the salt flats from Topiza to Uyuni, and then head to La Paz. But I had A few questions I was hoping someone could help me with:
1) Are there any excursions you recommend around Salta that I should take before or on the way to the Bolivian Border
2) Does anyone have information about how to book bus/train tickets from Salta to Topiza? Is it difficult? Will they sell out in advance or should i just buy once I get to each major city/hub.
3) salt flat tour recommendations? book in advance or while there? How long of a tour should i go on?
I would appreciate any and all advice regarding Northern Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru.
