Someone close to me booked a Pesach Program at the Dominican Republic. He missed his flight this morning on United from EWR to SDQ (he booked with Chase Travel Portal) and the only other option the agent is offering is flying on Shabbat tomorrow.
Do you all have any advice on how to rebook? It would need to be a flight by tonight to avoid flying on Shabbat and he's traveling with his wife and 4 kids.
(The taxi they ordered had a broken trunk, they couldn't get the bags in and had to tie the trunk down with rope which is why they were late and missed the baggage cutoff time by one minute for international flights).
