What's the difference between Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles? From CX's website, it seems like Marco Polo is just the program but the miles that you earn/use are Asia Miles. Can anyone confirm?

How long does it take to transfer from MR?
On Amex's website says 3-7 days. Is that accurate?

Does anybody know-

1) If I book JFK-YVR OW in F for 40k, then add on the return will it cost another 40k or 30k (since its 70k RT)?

2) Also what if I do a mixed award of J there and F back- how does that price? Is that even possible or just prices each at OW price?

If you add on the return to the same itinerary it will reprice at the RT fare.
