it’s true, and I was going to mention that point but I experienced a situation where the customer has this ‘really complicated workflow, I don’t know if salesforce supports this’ and I’m like dude, I can literally spin that up in 10 minutes. I’m not bragging how good I am I’m just saying the customer isn’t the one who decides what’s considered complex.
And I was literally (LITERALLY) begging him to go to trailhead as you posted to get an idea just what’s possible and get back to me, but he never did.
I will say I have zero clue about license pricing and I understand it’s quite expensive but don’t know the details there. So it only makes sense for pretty big companies or non profits (free licenses as mentioned)
