Here is a little update. Did alot more digging recently. The whole story about S**** Credit card processor getting frozen is a lie. He just decided that he had enough of the Ponzi scheme and didn't want continue this, and decided to bust out. He's still doing sales and, his processor is doing just fine. Hes sitting on millions of dollars of inventory that he continues to sell on Amazon. his store name on Amazon is Super deal ( wonder if there is a way to alert Amazon about what he did)
And just using whatever money he can get his hands on to retain legal help to cover himself. In addition he used people cards without permission
How does he sell Fitbit?

No idea. This is the link to his store. https://www.amazon.com/s?i=merchant-items&me=A3ACUPJ4C2HX16

Why doesnít everyone write bad reviews and mess up his amazon account

And what is the Chief RABBI of NY's Halachic justification for this? Let alone any logical reasoning.

Most people swiping had no clue there was any risk at all.
This has been said before and I think it's so true.

People don't know their are risks, or are too trusting or don't think about what they would do if things went wrong.

And while I don't think everyone who was/is part of things like this has a gambling problem - I do think people need a lesson in what it means to not bet more than you can afford to lose.

How exactly would that help anybody see their money back?

Someone needs to call or email all the weekly publications that go around Brooklyn and Lakewood that contain advertisements for  CC farms or CC swiping and tell them to stop allowing those advertisements. (unless those publications are owned by the farms themselves...) This is destroying people's lives and needs to end.

Even better, place full page ads in these publications warning people of the dangers.
I am happy to contribute if someone want to start a collection to runs Dan's article in all the big (and small) Jewish papers.

I've had some people reach out to me via PM requesting info. I've tried to respond but got "mailbox full". So if you reached out to me for info and haven't received a response, reach out again with an alternative method to respond (email, text, whatsapp, etc).

On a side note, question for mods: does this thread set the record for new usernames created as a result?

http://tranmedia.com/ite/why-choose-us.htm

Apparently they know all the loopholes and are super aggressive.
Off topic. They're called transmedia but their website is tranmedia?

I think new users can't get PMs until their post count is above a certain number

If that is the case, maybe admin can allow in this instance for those that have reached out via pm
