Hi all,

If anyone is a victim from credit cards scams
There is a Law group that is looking to take on this case and is looking for victims to join together

Yes! They are asking 10k for each victims -(Couple are considered one)

If you are a victim and looking to join
Please PM me for more information

Can you explain at least on a basic level what they are aiming for?

Without more results and a better system
Why would someone go more into debt ?

The only risk-free investment out there is earning ~2.45% in a savings account with FDIC insurance. Anything else that's not FDIC insured is a lie.

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Can get the same from CIT with no CD required.
https://www.dansdeals.com/points-travel/banking/cit-bank-now-offering-2-45-apy-savings-account/

"If you fund a CIT Bank savings account with at least $25,000"

Although I tied in more, but this hinders people.

So set up a recurring transfer. Don't see why you would lock up your funds in a CD for no gain over that. Especially as rates continue to trend up.

Another grocery is in process of collapsing..
Relative BH only $50K and already paid $17K from pocket.
Should they bankrupt or pay the rest?

If they were going to go bankrupt they shouldn’t of paid the 17k
On a side note, someone’s credit is worth more than 33k
For 500k most people would declare bankrupt

Bankrupt only 1 name and at least only loose 17K not additional 33K

Speak to a competent financial advisor, not an anonymous internet forum.

Do they have assets?
If they have the option to pay they may not gain anything by declaring bankruptcy. Unless they plan on borrowing, and then they have to figure what their out of pocket costs (principal plus interest) will be.
Must people would probably live tight for a bit so as not declare bankruptcy.
