Hello everyone! I am not new to points and miles but am with the buying groups. I have a personal Amazon account and setup a business one as well. Sent a couple of items as a test run to two recommended buying groups. Amazon shut that down as I had to send documentation of my business and to give it 48 hours. I sent documentation (business card, credit card on my account, cc statement) and got another e-mail saying that it would be another 48 hours as they review it. 12 hours later I received the following e-mail:
Hello,
After a review of your details, we have determined it is necessary to close your Amazon.com account. Any pending orders have been canceled.
We may not reply to further emails about this issue.
I have reached out to them to no luck. I got one item through and then everything else was cancelled.
Couple of questions:
1) Any resolution to this other than wait on Amazon
2) Do I need to set up a business seller account on my Amazon business account? I have not and don't know if this is one of the reasonings behind the e-mail I received
