BFP is almost 3 months behind payments.
PM is paid up already until October.

I haven't used those. BG, DNR, and MOD have been doing great overall. they all have their pros and cons obviously. MOD has been paying same day for a few weeks now but will probably slow down soon due to the sales today and yesterday, DNR is on fixed 2 week schedule, and BG is also paying out fast (although their deals have been 90% BC).

Curious as to why you go to those groups.

I'm still relatively new at the game but my experience with BFMR has been pretty good a bit patchy with TBA trackings but they so far have always come through

Not from personal experience, but was just speaking to a friend the other day who said EMB has paid very promptly, used them twice in the past month or two and is fully paid up.

NEWARK, N.J. – An Ocean County, New Jersey, man today admitted that he illegally laundered the proceeds of a wire fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.

 41, of Lakewood, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Kevin McNulty to an information charging him with money laundering.

According to documents filed in the case and statements made in court:

He  made or caused others to make numerous fraudulent financial transactions through at least two entities that he  formed and established as merchants that used multiple credit card processing companies. These transactions resulted in more than $1 million in losses to a multinational financial services corporation that specialized in payment cards. He  laundered portions of the proceeds of this scheme, including through an approximately $500,000 wire transfer from a bank account under his control.

The charge of money laundering is punishable by a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine $250,000, or twice the gross profits or gross loss suffered by the victims, whichever is greatest. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 8, 2023.

Sentenced to 2 years.

Anyone know the details of this "fraud"? The indictment is lacking basic information.

Hello everyone!  I am not new to points and miles but am with the buying groups.  I have a personal Amazon account and setup a business one as well.  Sent a couple of items as a test run to two recommended buying groups.  Amazon shut that down as I had to send documentation of my business and to give it 48 hours.  I sent documentation (business card, credit card on my account, cc statement) and got another e-mail saying that it would be another 48 hours as they review it.  12 hours later I received the following e-mail:

Hello,

After a review of your details, we have determined it is necessary to close your Amazon.com account. Any pending orders have been canceled.

We may not reply to further emails about this issue.

I have reached out to them to no luck.  I got one item through and then everything else was cancelled.

Couple of questions:

1) Any resolution to this other than wait on Amazon

2) Do I need to set up a business seller account on my Amazon business account?  I have not and don't know if this is one of the reasonings behind the e-mail I received

Deal and Runner is by far the best for those who live in Lakewood.
Very fast turnaround and payout.
Amazon deals pretty often.
Drop off option.
Downside is that they have expiration.
Closeout NJ has decent deals.
Hard to navigate the site.
Very short expiration time.

If you have tax free at best buy they'll have some good deals you can ship to your house.
Very rarely have new deals.

The current state of 5% BC, Amazon flagging BG addresses, and stolen packages (even with insurance) makes BGs quite unappealing.

I'm sure you'll always have plenty of noob buyers, so no need for you to worry.

Sometimes, but I also sometimes do with MOD and BG. I usually try 3-4 times before I give up as sometimes a latter attempt will stick.

With proliferation of cheap amazon gift cards (you can get in high 80%s) has anyone else been tempted to use them with BGs? I've heard the stories that make it sound like I am playing with fire and I may lose my gc balance at any time, but I've been dabbling anyway

I know your message is old but there is a ticker on top of their website after you log in with updated status. Overall I've found them reliable and fast paying with solid deals. I did have something annoying happen recently with them, they cancelled a commitment I had made on some Apple watches that dropped in price that were delivered only 3 days after I committed. I opened a ticket and didn't get a response yet and I ended up recommitting at the lower price in the mean time.

I haven't really been using BFMR lately as none of their deals worked out for me but I've done close to six grand with them in the a month ago and I got fully paid out
