It's too bad this wasn't a panel discussion. I certainly could have helped clarify some of the mileage situations and assumptions discussed in the final hour that may have changed the answers given by the Rabonim.
Clearly he wanted to argue about selling points with me, but it wasn't an argument I wanted to enter, nor was it one that I had to enter as I've never advocated selling points.

It's officially a halacha based podcast his spin will always be in that direction. That's definitely why he wanted to talk about selling points. To someone who's not involved, the travel and cash back isn't at all what comes to mind, rather "isn't the whole point to sell the points?"...
Pretty good defending the whole price mistake debate, it's somewhat nuanced and not clear cut. It sounded like he wanted simple straight forward guidelines with reasoning.
In regards to a panel, almost every week it's an issue, depending who he speaks to in what order, he'll bring up arguments that someone made and allow the later person to comment without ever getting a response from the original person..
