Currently the deals have been really slow and there is a lot of BC deals happening. IMO EMB has always been the most steady as far as always checking in quick and immediately paying but they dont have that many deals. BFMR is a very close second but has a lot of BC deals and you need to upload tracking. CNJ is pretty good and quick but not that many deals. TDB also pretty quick and have a lot of deals but have a new commitment thing and their deals are always full. USA has by far the most deals but a lot bc and can be slow to check in and slow to pay. BGR Is very quick to scan and pretty quick to pay and have a nice amount of deals. MYS is mostly bc, scan quickly usually but can take time to pay (varies). MCP has random deals at random times but always has commission and decent timeframe for scanning and checks. BFP has a lot of deals, scan in quickly (usually) but can take very long to pay. PM has basic deals and usually pay and scan decently. Feel free to PM me for any referrals needed.

Agree with the list other than The Deal Buyer. Always were fast for me except around the holidays. Even though no longer than a week.

AFAIK it doesn’t change anything for legal action that was initiated, and wouldn’t necessarily change the legal outcome for someone who swiped recklessly (e.g. for a defaulting BG) and was sued within 3 years. It also doesn’t really change credit reporting outcomes for any such situations.

1. Sued already
2. Sued within 3 years
3. Credit reporting, for those not sued, or while legal action is ongoing

Is it only for new debt or she cut the statute in half for people and a whole bunch of people that were in 3-6 years in debt cant be sued?
