i have never planned a trip so i dont know the first thing about it. i have miles to use. i would like to know the cheapest way to get to florida for 2 adults and 2 children with a place a stay dont need luxury, need to rent a car. dont know how to book anything with points or the best way to find good deals. want to go the beach and near things to do for 2 and 5 year old girls. trip will be over shabbos so would like shul and meals for that to. can anyone help me with this? thanks!

For NY to Florida your best bet is to try searching availability with BA (flying AA) and use your Avios.

+1 The end of January has a ton of availabilty - really cheap fares for PHL-FLL.

Regarding staying over shabbos, I was in Miami Beach for shabbos twice lately, Stayed at the Four Points, Nice decent hotel and they gave me a room on the first floor for shabbos. Lot's of shuls in the area, And i ate at Rare located in Tower 41, It will cost you an arm and a leg but definitely worth every penny .

how do i check out flights on BA site says doesnt fly btween philly and miami. how do i search american airlines using miles?
