IIRC Boost is running in the old nextel network, and as such it uses SIM cards. Sprint is fully CDMA (except for iPhones?).

Using that logic it doesn't seem possible.

Sprint has since last year discontinued the IDEN network on which Nextel & Boost were running, but they switched all  Boost services to their Sprint CDMA network.
So it really depends how old your phone is to determine if it can work or not.

Good to know. I haven't used/had Boost in 5 years.

Does it have a SIM card slot? That should help you determine possibilities.
