Chase UR for car rental questions

the UR travel guy that I spoke to when I called said that with points there is no coverage.

What happens if you take the points and cash option? Pay 99% points and the $5~ with the cc; Do you get the Insurance with your CC?

You have to use whatever UR card you have (freedom, sapphire preferred) and they dont really give coverage anyway.

im pretty sure i once called up the sapphire preferred ppl and tehy said you are covered if u use points

I just booked a car, cheapest place was through Chase UR site,
Booked from 8/21 to 8/25 compact size car (KIA Forte to be specific) from Budget at LGA, total was $113.

If I book with chase ur can i then add on usaa code to get off undeage fee, for that matter any code to get off the underage fee?
