Blue Basic No carry-on bag allowed (personal item only)

How strict is JetBlue in EWR, JFK and LAX on this "blue basic" fare?

I boarded my flight to New York that was Scheduled to depart at 01:36 PM and took my seat. We left the gate and started taxiing and suddenly stopped. After a while the captain informed us that that a light went on indicating a mechanical problem. We informed that we needed to return to the gate. I kindly asked flight attendant Rina for food. She said that she can't pass me water, but can give me water if I go to the back of the plane. But no food. I was really hungry. The tarmac delay continued for two hours. At that point I asked for food again and was denied. This was a direct violation of DOT regulation.

"Food and Water
Are airlines required to provide me with food and water during a tarmac delay?

Yes.  During a tarmac delay, airlines must provide you with a snack, such as a granola bar, and drinking water no later than two hours after the start of the tarmac delay"

I have video evidence of this episode.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you for your help with this.

Random snack DP: I flew jetblue last week and they were serving full size (1oz?) Popcorners. Flew them again this week, and they now give out these really small 0.5oz bags, that have like 6 pieces in them.

Terra chips have not been on the menu in years.

Did jet blue remove the fully refundable fares? Now they only have refunds to travel-bank?

Does anyone know if they enforce the "no carry-on" rule for basic economy?

Lost a bag on Jetblue lax to sfo. I was denied because:Our investigation into your claim revealed false or inaccurate information or statements that you provided, and we therefore must deny
compensation and close your claim.

What can I do? I was told to put anything I think might be there in there if I don't recall.

I’m assuming you knowingly lied and got caught. Reap what you sow. If that’s not the case, then apologies in advance.

I'll ignore ypur point, just trying to figure out what they're obligations are and if there are lawyers that deal with these simple things.

So basically, unless you have a receipt showing you bought the duffle bag they are not obligated to give you anything. Iean they admit they had a suitcase and they know the weight. There is no minimum they have to cough up for a lost suitcase?

Sometimes the interface I get has them under filters. The mobile site has them too. Weird.

I bought tickets during sale on Jet Blue, and weeks later I got an email that the flight has been canceled.
I checked the date and I see that they have a flight for the same time with their partner AA, but they don't allow me to book that flight in lieu of the canceled ticket. How fair is that? Anything I can do about this?
