That's a big one for me too, and I enjoy the extra space seats.

I think JetBlue has really misjudged its market.  Most big spend flyers do not fly JetBlue - the network is too limited, there aren't enough aspirational reward options, there isn't a true premium product on non-Mint flights.  Many flyers often avoid JetBlue because of the regular delays, but this is especially true of higher spend business travelers.  They ranked 9th out of 10 last year in on-time performance.

This is classic JetBlue idiocy - they sold tickets for $49 because they needed the cash and Mosaics bought lots of them.  Then someone looked at the numbers and said "Gee, how come our Mosaics are only spending $49 a ticket?  I know, lets squeeze them into higher fares."    If JetBlue is going to force elite flyers to pay more for the regular Blue fares then why wouldn't I just fly Delta regular fares and earn status with them?

Did Jet Blue announce they were ending service from EWR to LAX? Am looking to book a flight for Motzei Simchas Torah and it appears that there are no flights that week (Oct 27) or in November or December.

Does anyone have any insight into when the mosaic status match will end?
I am worried it might end today but I also want to try and get status through 2026 by starting the 3 month challenge tomorrow.

Have transatlantic flight with Basic Blue which give us all free carry-ons, mine are few inches above the size limit, anyone with experience if they will enforce exact measurements?

If I status matched to Mosaic L2, can I only extend L2, or if I spend 40K within the 3 months I'll get L3?

There is a targeted offer email being sent out to cardholders (I got it on the personal plus card (all I have)) offering double the tiles on $1,000 card spend or $100 B6 spend, up to 6 bonus tiles. That could make the status match easier. Would be nice if it wasn't limited to 6.

Applied for the status match this morning due to this promo and just got this email. Does this mean that it has processed and started already or do I have to wait for something else until the status match period starts? The email is a bit confusing. When I login, it shows my status as Trueblue still. I'm assuming that it didn't start yet, so will hold off on spending, but want to double check.

I have that for over a year. I have to chat or call to get any awards booked. I have lost out on many cheap flights because of that. I already complained a bunch of times. They always try "syncing" my account, but it never works. I tried mobile, desktop and app. Different devices and incognito, too.

They are just the worst. Their app is third world, many fields like payment update doesn't pop up the keyboard, and website too is so sluggish. Call or chat is not a good option either since you wait a year to reach anyone. Happens to be this bug I figured out after working around and wasting time with the most dumb rep on chat. I was looking to purchase a seat for my infant so I selected "children under 14" instead of "lap infants", apparently, when entering a birth date under 2 the system crashes as that is probably programmed under lap infants. Only after changing the birth date to above 2 did the system allow me to proceed with the booking.

Thank you! I will try that, but I think I tried it without any infants during some point last year, but will try again for testing purposes.
