Posting here because the mosaic thread is dead.

I had a relative who has mosaic status book for me, initially adding themselves in case I needed to cancel. They have since removed/canceled themselves from the PNR (incidentally, I can't check the PNR on the site anymore, but on the phone the reps can still see the remaining pax). My question is whether the remaining pax still get benefits (free bags, expedited security, early boarding, etc.)? Anyone know?

Does anyone know, miles earned in Jetblue program, do they get accumulated as lifetime miles? Does Jetblue keep track?

Tidbit: Mosaic free flight cancellation works even a bit after departure, so long as their system will pull up the flight (probably less than hour..) make sure to call Mosaic phone line.

While flying Jetblue today (excellent hard and soft product), I noticed that they were offering three points per dollar shopped on amazon mid flight. I was too tired to think much of it. but presumably this is a lucrative proposition?

They used to have it through their website, oh was it lucrative back then, but after killing it, limiting it just to mid flight is worth nothing. Amazon is on no shop through portals afaik.

Travel bank can only be used for ticket purchases and fees associated with a ticket (revenue or award), and not any types of addons/upgrades (Even More Space seat, Even More Speed, Jet with your Pet, etc).
