TLV-MAD seems to be on sale as well.
Just noticed TLV-MAD in business is  12,500 Avios + 59.51 Euro. It is usually 25,000 Euro so it seems like this might be on sale as well. Economy is 9,375 Avios + 49.51 Euro.

Do you have a Iberia Plus account? If not you can't book. You can transfer BA Avios into your Iberia Plus account but your Iberia Plus account would need to be opened at least 3 months.
