Proxy / Change IP Address

Anyone know how to change an IP address for a Proxy to international and where to get one? Looking to see Playoffs on MLB.com.

why do you need a proxy? they say there are no blackouts for the playoffs...

With a proxy you can watch the actual broadcast and not just the cameras around the stadium with the radio broadcast...
