Knicks Tickets
« on: October 07, 2010, 04:26:04 PM »
I have 6 Knick season tickets for the upcoming season. I am currently selling them on stubhub but would love to eliminate them and there enormous fees. I am selling the tickets in intervals of two or more. If you have any intrest to any games let me know.

The seats are in section 310

Most games are between $75-100 depending on the opponent. However, the prime games (Celtics, Heat, Lakers) are more.

In section 310? No no. the games are all higher than that. Maybe you looked at the pre-season games.

I checked a couple random games:
(11/10 vs GSW).
Minimum for the ticket in 310 is $70.
And minimum for "center 300s", which granted is not as good, but is the same "class" is $39.99.

and

(12/06 vs MIN)
Minimum for the ticket in 310 is $60
And minimum for "center 300s", which granted is not as good, but is the same "class" is $39.

Are we missing something?
I don't want to ruin your sale, so please explain.
Thanks.

Let me explain again. Most games are in between $75 and $100. However there are about 7 games that will be lower and 7 games that will be higher. Also, the center section is only between section 312 and 307, the section to the right and left of those are cheaper because the seats are not as good.

Also Stubhub charges a 10 percent fee for all transactions plus a shipping fee.

April 3 versus the Cavs-
tickets in Section 331 start at $41
even the Celtic game on 12/15 you could find
center tickets for under $100

dont get me wrong, im not a fan of stubhubs fees,
i buy alot of tickets, but you have to have competitive prices

Against the Celtics there are three tickets for $100 the rest (over 200 tickets) are all over $114.
If you would buy the tickets from stubhub for $100 the total would come out to over $115 after fees. I am selling those tickets for $110 which is cheaper than buying any tickets on stubhub. If you are serious about going to any game PM me i'm sure we could work something out.

Sections 311, 334, and 335 which are all 'center seats'  all have tickets available for $92
so a family of 4 would be 4x92=368 plus stubhubs 10% plus $4.95 for printing the tickets brings the total to just under $410 verses your price of $440

I'm with the others on this one, you have to offer competitive prices (i.e. more than the 3% off stubhub's prices that you're currently offering).
