I just was speaking to Sprint about this Framily plan and was told since I already have Sprint I can't join another person's Framily and I would have to start my own.
Does anyone know if that's accurate?

C/P Plus, you can still easily add tablets or other products to your account and they don’t impact available phone lines in your Framily.

Officially, that's the plan. But I've heard they aren't really enforcing it. If so, worst case scenario is you port out your number to Google voice for a month or 2, open a new line and forward it, then port back in.

thats a problem since i am under contract with 2 lines and my bro has 3 lines not under ctc. can a business account count towards these? it makes it much harder to make a framily

Just to elaborate on that,

I had a sprint business plan & was trying to join a framily plan, however when i called up sprint to join i was told that i have to downgrade to a personal plan & then switch to the framily plan.
After hearing that i went over to the sprint store in Boro Park where the rep told me that's nonsense & instantly joined me to an existing framily account. Now i must stress that i was out of contract, the rep told me that those in contract who are looking to switch can do so but have to open a new framily plan.
