I'm not sure what the deal is with the new plan. Is it unlimited text /talk & the shared data on top of that? Then maybe I should abandon Framily & move to this. I'm paying $25/line for 4 lines so 10 lines for $100 is same price.

They are waiving the line fee of 15 per device for a short while. So 10 lines with 20gb of data is 100

if i undersrtood correctly its $100 for 20 gig + $15/25 per line for talk and text

Correct but it shows they are waiving the device fee till the end of 2015.
