Theyr'e only being closed 12/16-01/04 I have a reservation for 01/07 they won't let me switch it

Interesting, I had a 2 night reservation for 1/5/15 - 1/7/15 which they let me reschedule.
Incidentally, I had 3 reservations post 12/18, each for 2 nights, which I combined together and stayed there this past weekend, a great stay!

I called the number from the email. I believe it was the office or front desk. First rep told me they need to ask the manager and they'll get back to me. I called later (not mentioning my initial conversation) and they changed them for me. We ended up taking three rooms for two nights.

HUCA!! called again today and the lady who picked up switched it for me no problem!
have not recieved conf email yet but hopefully should be good.

Did anyone stay here for Shabbos? How was? Any Shabbos issues?

I have a res for Jan 5th hope they would let me switch it.

Yes Crazy Tools, I was there for shabbos. It was awesome. The only automatic door is to the room and we made sure to leave it open. Otherwise it was an amazing opportunity and i am in fact trying to find an existing reservation that a DDF'r is not planning to keep. I did manage to make some friendly connections with management and they would most likely let me take over a reservation. Anyone reading this post, assuming they will not keep their reservation, please post a comment? Thank you so much!

You left the door open, as in unlocked or open ?

To be exact... We put a washcloth (from the inside of the room) on the top near the hinge.. It was only sticking out a tiny bit so it didn't let the door get closed 100%. It closed like 99.9 percent, and we only left it this way when we were out of the room. From passing by, nobody would even realize.. Not that anyone really passes your room haha. You'll see, you can count the amount of people you see there during your stay.
Once or twice the door will accidently shut with that .1% lol, so we always had the card in pocket and asked a worker to open it for us. Let me know if you'd like any other information. I love helping out others!

I was there last shabbos, and it was a great stay. We had three rooms, two of them connecting. The door was a slight issue, but either we left the door open, or the hotel staff were helpful when we needed it opened. There is a lot of room to walk around, including a nice pond with fish and a turtle. There is a bar (with billiards), a fitness center, pool and a hot tub, sauna (separate for men and women) indoor basket ball court and racquetball court.
Other than the rooms, all other doors were not automatic.
It was a quiet relaxing, and there are stuff to do, depending on what you're comfortable with doing on shabbos.

Never got the email but there now😃, had no problem at check-in
