An audit of our future reservations uncovered an error in our on-line reservations system. Reservations were incorrectly accepted over a period time that the property will be closed for annual maintenance and apologize that you were affected. 

We are pleased to honor your current discounted rate for a re-booked reservation any date prior to December 18, 2014 (subject to current availability).  If interested in re-booking your reservation, please respond by November 1, 2014, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled with NO CANCELLATION charges applied.  Thank You.
