Haven't seen such a passionate JS thread since the past 2 chabad bashing threads :P

It bring faces to PPL!

Till now only PPL not capitalizing were known to have gone to a chassidish school.

Just to set the record straight. If you read through the tread, the derogatory remarks and bashing were started first by the more left leaning members directed against those who don't shake.
Personally i have no problem with a spirited debate as long as the remarks are not personal in nature. But if people are already making "bashing complaints" there is more than equal blame on both sides. /rant

Lol - we all ended on a fine note, you didn't need to say, "just to set the record straight, it was those guys."  Leave it be.

The end.

If only we left it at - I have a cold.
Today I did the - enter the room with about 15 things in my hands - worked great. No one was insulted and everyone got along.

You should keep your mouth shut.

You've said something that's unforgivable & this is coming from a chassidishe yid

Which one of the foundations of Judaism does it contradict?
Sorry I meant krum (crooked)
To disagree on R' Moshe just because "I've been doing this for years" Sounds krum to me but again today my heads in the clouds  ;D

FYI I was being restraint!

Admittedly I have very strong feelings about certain things. If people wouldn't be so afraid of an intellectual debate about their beliefs without getting insulted we would get a no holds barred  thread started. ...

Would be fun but I don't think it would work.

I'm still a yeshiva bochur so I never had to be in such a matzav, except of course one time on take your kid to work day but I didnt look at the lady worker C"V.
Do any of you have any advice for me being that over the next few years I might end up going out into the world to work? Do you maybe have a list of offices that have aza minhag to shake hands so I can avoid them? Is there a list on the forums somewhere?
Also Dan and others keep bringing up lubavitch in this thread. Do they have some kind of minhag with regard to handshaking?
TIA for any help.

Not sure if serious.

I give such a thread 2 pages before Godwin's Law gets evoked.

Stated as fact.
