Why does your losing it justify a dispute?

ETA: Although that is a good way to get a copy of the receipt.

If you want more opinions and ideas, someone on Flyertalk seems to be having the same problem. The suggestions are pretty much the same as people have been giving here, but it still might help you decide what to do.

The CVS I have gone to couple of times change to cash only recently. Asked the manager why the change, he says that he has some coming to buy too many at once and some coming back , saying they lost their VRs and demanding refund. He says it is not worth  nonsense and bu*****t"
so guys if you can't keep them safe, at least don't go back and ruin for the rest of us
