Another Benefit from the CVS / Paypal Debit Card deal

Did anyone else notice that the paypal prepaid MC has a savings account option that offers an APY of 5.0% for up to $5,000. That won't make you rich but it's 5% 'risk free'  8) FDIC insured. Remember any interest earned would be taxable.

momentum card had/has similar 5-6% <$5k

Is there a fee for the Paypal MC?  Says on the site there is a $4.95 monthly fee.
