I didn't see a thread for gas  stations specifically that allow you to buy MVD OV etc. on a CC. Post locations where you had success. You can include other gas stations too, of course.

Maybe we can all send the places a thank you card also. Everything should not be placed on a silver platter. While your intentions are good you are going about it the wrong way.

This isn't really a silver platter issue. There is plenty of VR here - this is just for something that only happens for a part of the year and has limits (1500 in those quarters), so it's not like it will be abused ad nauseam and get shut down. I don't either want it shut down, but after searching a bunch of places, this seems to be the only hope. People can PM if they want to instead. Besides plenty of people post in the BB thread locations where they had success with things that get abused much more.
