adding authorized users to mileage earning card?

I'm wondering if I add an authorized user to my Shtarvoods account (other than my spouse), will their spending count towards my $15000 threshhold, and will their miles earned deposit to my account?  Also how many authorized users can I add?  I have a close friend I know I can trust to pay me back for whatever he uses.  Will this work and is this considered a normal, legitimate usage in the eyes of the CC company?

what's the limit for how many people you can get 1k for adding them.... in the past.. I've gotten denied... what's it based on?

When I tried adding the social of the additional user on my Chase BA card, they refused me. They only wanted us to fill out a form making the other person a JOINT user which I wasn't interested in. But can I do it with Starwood?

American express always asks for a ssn when adding an additional card holder which in result builds there credit
