Transfer starwood points to continental?

What's the best way to transfer starwood points to continental onepass points?
I want to avoid doing it directly with spg bec. they charge 2:1 (2 spg for every 1 onepass).

Trade spg for someone's amex MR, then they can deposit from their amex directly into your CO a/c
