Sorry no help here. I change oil every 4-5k miles and use standard filters.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Will just go for the top oil and the mobile one filter.

What about why would my A/C blow nice and cold at a normal speed but as soon as i reach 30-40mph+ the a/c stops blowing when accelerating, but once i release my foot from the pedal the a/c returns to fullblast?
A vacuum leak? something wrong with the pulley/belt bearings on the a/c compressor?

I assume you mean the AC stops blowing cold air, not that it stops blowing, right?

Nope, that when I would accelerate above 30-40mph the a/c would make noise as if it's running but felt as if there's a vacuum pulling the air away from the vents, but as soon as I released the pedal the a/c would continue to blow.

probably a vacuum leak as you said. Did you feel the defrost vent to see if blowing there?

It's very hard to feel where the leak is as the problem only seems to occur when going 30+mph, so turning on the a/c would prob show no signs of air leaking.

Vents (where air comes out) on some cars are controlled by vacuum. So if you lose vacuum the air will come out of a different vent like the defrost or floor vents.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Could be a weak battery or alternator? The ac or blower fan to be precise does work less under load. Try to pay attention when you're making a turn if it blows less especially a sharp turn which is hard on the power steering pump.

The power steering has been messed up for a while, its so hard to turn the steering wheel.
I replaced the power steering pump didn't help, you have to be really strong to turn the wheel.
I greased the actual rod which runs down to the axle didn't help either.

Battery was replaced not long ago and shows that it's a strong good battery.

The alternator I'm not sure about.

I still hear noises just don't feel any air coming out,  I feel/hear a suction of the air being pulled away.

Will pay attention next time I'm driving and see what happens if it's blowing from the floor or from the front defrost.

The back on the other end which has its own system seems to be working fine.

That's doing it yourself? Or by a shop?

Shop is around 400.
Holy Cow, brakes should be between $90-$125 at a shop, and good quality ceramic brakes should cost you $50-$90. Depending where you buy them.
And blank rotors should range from $25-$75.

 Highway roberry.

Using your prices in the middle parts our cost would be $170. I would not call 400 highway robbery.
