Lol, always wanted to start a channel.
But for the time being if you haven't watched Chris Fix yet and you're a bit handy then you better start.
He's legit insane, beautiful crisp to the point videos, gave me the courage to do all my repairs I've ever done on a vehicle.
From Brakes, rotors, Calipers, Oil change, Actuators, Power window motors, blower motors, repairing windshield wipers and replacing the arms, Hardwiring DashCams and testing and changing Fuses, installing Backup noises with a button for a cutoff and so much more. These are all basic repairs with a bit of help from A video.
Check his channel out if your a DIY guy.

The most watched online mechanic on YouTube.

But here's the video you requested..

Cool never heard of him.

Wow hes good. Makes it sound way to easy

“You just put this thing that you dont have, and some this. Make sure its not the other thing or else it will ruin the rubber”

“If you put it on the wrong side your brakes might fail”

But yea i guess you need to have some “seichel” and a bit handy

Lol, he's amazing.
I watch some times just for the fun of it. I think he's a better photographer then a mechanic!

Got the courage the first time I did a brake job from his vids.

Though you'll need to buy some tools.
Been buying these tools and still buying as I need. So have a complete shop of random tools to fix and do random repairs!

A famous saying is "In with the New, Out with the old".

What makes him amazing, is he doesn't waste your time, making you watch him darshin and tell you his life story.
 Gets the job done.

I just went to fill up gas and left the motor running while still in drive. The car started running rough, lights were dimming and the car stalled.

After filling up I started it and it turned on without any issue.

My theory is that since I was very low on gas, when the fresh gas was being put in it sloshed around and made air bubbles. Makes sense?

This is my first time filling up with the motor still running (ironically because I was having issues with my starter and didn't want to have issues starting the car) I'm hoping it has to do with that.

Seems when I Google your issue it's more when your done filling up vs while filling.
You said your car was in drive. Don't accidentally drive away with the hose connected.

So many random parts or issues it can be. From this..

First thing I did when it broke down was Google it :)
Yes I don't think it's an evap issue because I've never had issues with it not starting after filling up on gas.

On this topic, i was at a bp gas station filling up and the next thing I know I see gas spilling all over the place.
Quickly turned around unhooked the pump and tried to wipe down my car with those windshield wipers in those buckets by the gas pumps and drove off. Was weird.
Was scared to fill up my tank to the very top after that.
But seems it was the gas pump which was defective or maybe my car? Who knows. Now I know to watch my car while filling up.

I've always seen people fill it and go to the shop inside and come back to a full tank, hoping the pump will stop. Can't take a chance, let alone can't afford to water the gas station with gasoline at $3 a gallon.

Anyone know of a "mobile mechanic" around Lakewood? Have a couple of vans that need to be serviced on lot about 25-30 min north of Lakewood (temporarily took off registration/insurance due to covid). Thanks

 1) Alternator on 2010 ford van. 2) 2015 Transit 350 has starting issue-  not sure if it's solenoid or starter ( gives "1 click"). 3) battery clamps on another e-series van needs replacement (I have replacement set).

My car had issues starting every once in a while. Eventually it stopped altogether. I replaced the starter with a cheap unbranded one and it seemed to help for a few weeks but it's not starting again.

Is there anything else I should check before getting a different starter and trying again?

I didn't really do any diagnostics. I don't think it's the battery because there is power going to the car lights and radio but theres no cranking sound and there were times when I parked my car for a minute came back out and the car didn't start.

Why not do diagnostics? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NLQAHS/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A2VZTJP6N0Z6QL&psc=1

What do you mean by not starting? You turn the key and nothing happens or the engine turns over fine but won't start?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half
