Yup. I fixed it by removing the additional piece attached to the bumper.

i had mine changed on a camery and it was 225 for both low and high horns

Does it work when you use the remote to lock the doors or press the panic button?

2017 Kia Forte Horn doesn't work, It does work when I lock  the doors (although I think its sounds a bit different then regular....might be my imagination). Any advice would be appreciated.

Are any of the other controls on the steering wheel not working? Air bag light on?
First thing to check is the fuse.

My car a/c compressor clutch is not engaging. Compressor was just swapped out and there is no electricity coming through to it. Any ideas?

could be mechanical (low pressure/leak) or electrical (fuse/ground). Since you have a new compressor, I'd assume that there are no (significant) leaks in the system (it should have been checked). That leaves electrical....

If you see other controls from the steering wheel don't always work, but then it does work when you turn the steering wheel to/away from a specific spot, it may be the clock spring.

ETA I would imagine that this would sooner be an issue on the 2010 Odyssey above than your 5 year old car, but I guess anything is possible.
