Anyone knows roughly how much it would cost to get a minivan painted to a different color?
Depends on the quality you are looking for.

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Probably between $60 - $150+ per side. Go Midas, it's on the cheaper end (last I checked). For the past few years I changed my brakes myself. It's really easy and saves money.

Does anyone know of a dealer in the Lakewood area who would go through the process of rebuilding a salvage title for a fee?

I've done it a couple of times in the past, but it's an annoying process and I don't have the time for it now. Years ago, I heard that there was somebody doing this, but I don't have his contact info, nor do I know if he's still offering this service.

I have a BMW 2010 that is 100k miles that I want to get rid of, it won't start and I think it might be battery issue since I haven't driven it in 3 years. Anyway of selling this car to get the best value even though it won't start? I have a smog test due in 1 month too

Sorry if this has been discussed previously, but - I have a 2018 Honda, the maintenance minder is telling me to replace transmission fluid, rear differential fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, and inspect valve clearance. Several non-dealership mechanics have told me they don't need to be changed unless there's a problem (except for the valve clearance, on that point the mechanics told me they don't do that, so they're not weighing in) - what are your thoughts/experiences?

Can you try jump-starting the battery to see if everything else is working?

There's different aspects to "best" tire - some tires are great at lasting longer. Others are great at stopping and control in dry conditions, others in wet conditions, others in snow. There are probably other factors as well.

Depending on your priorities, you can look at the ratings from consumer reports, and the reviews on big online tire websites.

Personally, how long it lasts is not my priority, I'm looking especially for how it performs in wet and snow/icy conditions.

A small area of top coat layer on my 2003 Camry is peeling. How can I stop the area from growing?

Is this on a plastic part? Daughter had it happen on her spoiler. Didn't do anything about it.
