How important is replacing the timing belt? Our 09 camry is at 130k+ miles. A friend mentioned that if you don't do after 100k, you risk bad accident, costly repairs etc. What's the consensus on that?
If it is an interference engine run don't walk to get it done. I just did one the other day.

Interference engines
No discussion of timing belts and timing chains would be complete without a few words about interference engines. An interference engine is one in which the valves and pistons occupy the same space in the cylinder – but not at the same time. It’s a very efficient type of engine, but if you’re slack about maintenance, you could run into trouble. If you end up with a broken timing belt, the valves and pistons could end up in the cylinder at the same time. We probably don’t need to tell you that this would be a very bad thing. On a non-interference engine, the belt could break and not cause internal damage, because the pistons and valves are never in the same place.

Need to replace an old screen that was installed in my 2010 Camry LE
The car didn't come with navi/backup and so we had a one installed.

A few weeks ago the screen stopped turning on, meaning there was still taking power from the car but nothing showing on the screen
So I purchased a new similar one through Amazon

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XP7NZK1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_BltbCbBPRVW9G
My Problem installing the new one didn't help

It came with its own wiring harness which I connected to the cars harness x3
there are three wires that didn't come connected but I don't think those have to be.

Attached is a picture of the wires

Any help would be much appreciated

How do you know it's receiving power if it's not turning on? Is there a power light? If you can, locate the wire that feeds the screen specifically and follow that back past the connection. Being that the new screen didn't help, you can deduct that most likely the disconnect is on the car side of things not the display. Check all the wires on the car side of the connection, to make sure none are damaged or cut, thus interfering with the power to the screen.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

thanks, the buttons next to the screen do light up meaning there is some sort of power coming rhrough, as far as I can tell all the wires are intact
Guess I'll bring it to someone to have it checked out

ETA.
Gave it another shot and figured it out! One of the wires wasn't connected properly and was causing a short.

Figured this out after a friend suggested that I check the fuse, which turns out was blown I went ahead and replaced it and it blew again until I disconnected the faulty wire and replaced the fuse again (good thing I splurged for a package of 5 lol)
And BH all good now!

Not willing to tackle this yourself? Pads and rotors is pretty simple and straight forward.

Learn from the pro the first time and tackle it yourself from then on?

Any recommendations where to search for parts for your specific car? Looking for a part, but even after entering the car make and model I still can't pull up that item.
Is there a site to find the exact match, or autozone is going to be my best bet?

I use Advance, Pepboys and Autozone. For a body part try Rock Auto.
