No waver? Few scratches is usually covered
Most scratches are covered if you took out a damage waiver.
But if not check out chrisFix for some quick video how to buff them out.

Didn't take the waiver.

Looked here https://www.duplicolor.com/product/scratch-fix-all-in-1-exact-match-automotive-touch-up-paint/#FixYourScratch and when selecting to look up my exact color by make/model they dont have a sienna listed for 2017... very strange. I have to see later if I can find the color code on the door sticker.
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I found this: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Toyota-Touch-Paint-Attitude/dp/B01BVYI0GE

Anyone here ever try to do it themselves?

Edit: Found this also,
doesn't look too bad but he doesn't show the final result  :(

Sienna 2015 LE stereo wouldn't recognize USB, it does charge a flip phone but not an iPhone,
my main concern is the stereo any advice? Is it possible a fuse if it charges basic phones?

I just brought my car for an oil change ad they said they couldn't remove the oil filter cap because the last time it was changed it was screwed on too tight and they even snapped their $100 tool. They did change the oil though. What to do now?

Never heard of that. If this is a regular filter you will destroy the filter before any tool.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Can be a common occurrence with a Toyota or Lexus, I know from experience.
I remember changing the filter on a Toyota Sienna, and boy who ever put that filter last must have used a tool to tighten it.
With a filter especially the ones which are a solid metal one like toyota and Lexus, all you need to do it dip your finger in some motor oil and rub around the rim of the filter and install by hand, hand tighten and no more! It will stay nice and snug.
(With T&L you keep the metal casing and change the inside.)
Now the part that he claims it's a $100 tool i'm not sure about that.
The drill? (That's a cheap garbage one and don't know why he's using an impact drill on a filter.)
The special casing to go around the metal filters don't cost more then $10-$15..

But whatever the case is, he saw it was stuck he should have told you that, and or left it alone.
But out of decency I would offer him a few bucks and see what he says.
 Not $100!

Just curios was he the one who did the prior oil change?

That sounds like a front end fender bender?

yes it was a Lexus. I recently bought it used and this is My first oil change. He used hand tools and said the guy before prob used power tool. No clue who that was though. This was at Mavis.

Interesting that it’s common with them. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/hybrid-technology/681730-oil-filter-housing-stuck.html

it doesn't have to be a power tool even a hand tool to tighten can cause it to be a problem when you're taking off.

I would just pay for the oil change and nothing more.
You're not liable if he cracks his tools on your car.
if he felt that his tools would crack he should have stopped not wait till he cracked it and then told you.

Nope. Just an old car. Truth is I noticed the compressor had gone in middle of the winter when it was 70F in January. Tires were bald for a while...
Fan and radiator were related. Bad fan led to a busted radiator.

paying for his tool wasnt in the equation. Question is what should I do now? Just call places to see if they can unstuck a stuck oil filter cap?

How much does a new battery cost? Does it make sense that I need a new one already on a 2017 car?

Well it really depends on how long you've used the car? And if it's a new battery? Or if you sat in your car with the battery running, or on a daily basis left your lights on in a car, and needed a boost every morning.

But to answer your question; no, a battery should last more than 3 years.

I don't remember off hand but for example a diehard Sears battery or many other company batteries have a warranty for x amount of years.
Me personally, I've been using a die hard Sears battery for all my vehicles and get back a percentage based on what capacity is left inside the battery.

Just curious what makes you think your battery is gone?
  Doesn't hold a charge?

Well you got to factor in all the options, is it worth it to repair whatever is needed to make the vehicle drivable or buy a new used vehicle or lease?

What make and model?

Shouldn't cost more than $50-$120 for a simple standard battery.

Again everything plays a factor if it's an expensive car or a simple car.

It's like asking how much does a pair of brakes cost, you can get ceramic you can get galvanized..

To get a basic estimate plugin online, rather on Amazon or AutoZone just to see what a basic battery cost or even on Walmart or Sears.

You have to look in a manufacturer's warranty or speak to your dealer "if it's a leased car" regarding how long a battery last. You might be covered. (Assuming it's a leased vehicle being that you mentioned it's from 2017, unless you purchased the vehicle brand new, or my last option is you replaced it in 2017.)

You wouldn't want to pay For a new oil change, assuming you put in synthetic oil, which probably costed you $100.
Catch the old oil to replace after taking out, and try spraying a lubricant to soften hard to remove bolts and nuts.

Or a decent mechanic would be able to take it off for you.
you can be straight up and honest tell him you just bought a vehicle and the person before you seems to have tightened it by hand when you're not supposed to tighten the oil filter as that will make it extremely difficult to take off.

Taking emotions out of the equation, definitely worth fixing.
