where do they do it for $10?

Honestly I didn't price it yet, but they charge $10 for a plug even when they need to remove the tire and look for the puncture with the spray inside the shop.

Lol, they need to mount and balance each tire, besides for removing the old tire from the rim and installing the new.
 But $10 is a great price or free install when you buy from the big boys.

That's part of putting in a plug. Tire repair shops insist that their patch on both sides is superior and remove the tire from the rim to do so. After the patch they mount and balance the tire again. Have done this dozens of times in NY <insert appropriate complaint about gremlins on the roads>
