Is it a Chevy? Then any Chevy dealer (parts department).
I had to get a couple weird bolts form Kia for the job I just did.

Rear bolt on the drive shaft for 05 suburban cracked, Do they sell just the bolt or I need a whole new drive shaft?

If that is the correct part you can bring the part number to any GM dealer.

Yes, I sometimes do that for small items because shipping from rockauto is slow and costly. But their part finding service is so valuable to me that I make sure to buy directly from them anytime its reasonable (which is most of the time for ordinary parts)- it's only right support the business and not just be a freeloader.

You can also go to dealer parts sites: https://www.gmpartscenter.net/oem-parts/gm-bolt-11548472?c=cT0xNTczNDkwMw%3D%3D

What happens if a Bolt catches on fire while parked and GM doesn't pay for repairs, let alone damages, and makes the customer pay for the rest of the car? Do you sue the CEO directly? ;)

Not if it's a drive shaft bolt. Otherwise yes

Just ask.  :)
I can't say I don't know what any of those are.
Just watching ChrisFix alone I've seen him use many of the tools from AutoZone or advanced Auto.

But cool to know there's a tool for every job.

Its a bigger pain to make a trip to a tire place and wait while they do it. Of my car is being serviced when rotation is due I'll add that in, but otherwise do it myself. Its not so bad... as long as you have jack stands and avoid needing the spare

With winter tires I have no choice :)

I rotate each set when I switch them in the fall & spring. I can usually switch them in under an hour. A good jack and stands are helpful.

Just the front is up on stands. I lift the rear one side at a time and change the tire with one from the front. Saves a lot of work that way

So you have the front on stands then jack up one side of the back?

Not sure if this is the best thread to post it in..

Looking for a strap to pull stuck vehicles out of the snow/mud.

https://www.harborfreight.com/10000-lb-capacity-3-in-x-30-ft-recovery-snatch-strap-58139.html?
I found this one, though it's 70 bucks but seems like a rugged durable strap.
Has up to 20% stretch which allows When pulling the vehicle that way the rope doesn't snap.

Vs this one for $35

https://www.harborfreight.com/9000-lb-capacity-3-in-x-30-ft-recovery-strap-60579.html

Also I'm assuming this is the Right strap to use to recover vehicle that was stuck in the mud or in snow.

Not really sure of the difference, when would one use the 1 with the hooks?

Or is there a specific rope that you guys recommend to buy, Or have you used in the past and are happy with?

My car manual says my engine can take 5w20 and 5w30 oil. Currently there's 5w20 can I change it to 5w30 next oil change?
