There's different aspects to "best" tire - some tires are great at lasting longer. Others are great at stopping and control in dry conditions, others in wet conditions, others in snow. There are probably other factors as well.

Depending on your priorities, you can look at the ratings from consumer reports, and the reviews on big online tire websites.

Personally, how long it lasts is not my priority, I'm looking especially for how it performs in wet and snow/icy conditions.
there's no all-around good quality tire for all seasons?

I only buy all season tires. Many options out there.
ETA: I have purchased Goodyear Assurance MaxLife in the past for a SUV and liked them. They are all season with 85k milage warranty. That is meaningless as you won't get 85k miles out of the tire.

Some info on ratings: https://www.nhtsa.gov/equipment/tires

I'm no expert but there is the major brands like Michelin, Bridgestone, Firestone etc. and then there's the cheaper ones you can get for half the price. I used to go for the higher brands but lately prices are ridiculously high. It also depends for how long you'll keep the car, i.e. it's not worth it to spend $280 per tire for a lease ending in 8 months.

A local tire shop suggested uniroyals. Claims it's best bang for my buck. Any thoughts?

Best strategy for battery replacement for a camery 2016 in Brooklyn, I have Geico road assistance, buy a new battery from Costco, Online/Amazon or any affordable  reccomendtion place in Brooklyn who can sell me a battery with parts and labor?
+1. Got a battery from BJ's for $107. Had Geico Roadside send someone to install. Yes its a task anyone can learn, but took the guy 5 minutes.

There is an option to pay for a battery from Geico Roadside and Geico covers the install. Dunno pricing on that. Don't have BJs membership, but tire center was ok with this for a battery but suggested this wouldn't be the case for tires.  Costco and Sams Club have solid batteries as well at great prices/value. Wasnt sure the lower end battery from Walmart or AutoZone were worth it.

How much should an oil change run just for labor in Brooklyn? (Have oil and filter already)

Toyota Camry 2009. Nice pool of water in the bottom of the trunk? Tip: There are plugs to let out the water on the bottom. Gave it two weeks and there isnt any more water, but weather has been ok. How do I diagnose the problem? Don't see any issues with the seal. Is it possible it got in cuz of a large puddle etc and not from an issue with the seal?

Get a hose and test the seal.
Possible a water bottle was opened/spilled?
