I wouldn't expect doing anything 1 time to get you shutdown but maybe gvann has personal experience/DPs otherwise.
I'm pretty sure I deposited one many years ago without issue but it wasn't very large (probably $25 or so, it was a gift).

I deposit money orders regularly in Chase. No issues. I have about 40 checking accounts and I deposit money orders in all of them.

I have heard of people getting shut down after one, obviously its not a guarantee, but if you value your chase account then you would never try
