If I downgrade the card to regular blue I assume that I will still get 5% on grocery spend from previous months that haven't yet been credited?

How can you tell how much of the $6K towards supermarkets you've already spent?

They used to have a pie chart in the statement and activity section but I can't find that anymore.

EDIT: I found this, https://global.americanexpress.com/spending-report/ytd but it doesn't break down the categories very well. It only lists:

Merchandise & Supplies
Transportation
Other
Restaurant

Where in that can I find the amount spent at supermarkets?

If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Any thoughts?
I've tried applying for this card back in the summer and again now and denied both times. I have a credit score over 800 and have the everyday preferred card with Amex-

As of April 1, 2023, they stopped awarding 6x cashback for instacart purchases (seeing this for costco and for aldis and other grocery stores)! Hoping it's just a glitch. Anyone know anything about this?

If I'm a basic member and my wife is an additional member, can I get a referral bonus if I refer her and she opens her own card?

Did they stop offering referral links for this card? I’m unable to generate one and when I go to the page it reads: “This offer is no longer available or you are ineligible to access it. You can see current offers by visiting here.
