Dear Customer,

Yesterday evening, we mistakenly sent a blank email to some customers. This was caused by our email system sending some emails too early and we apologize for any confusion this may have created.

Please rest assured that this in no way impacts your account or personal information.

Sincerely,

Bob Meighan
VP, TurboTax Customer Advocacy

This the turbo tax software exceeded my expectations making the job of doing my taxes enjoyable, interesting and satisfying.
I was pleased with the ease of editing information when I found mistakes that I made. I have got the turbotax 2013 coupon. now I can save dollars on this expensive software.

Do I need to buy the software each year or once I have it it will automatically update every year to their respective version?
Love me or hate me. I still love you.

You buy it every year.  It's still cheaper than an accountant.  I buy the one that includes a state tax program (I'm in NY). It cost a little more.

Basic is free to use on line, but that's only for the simplest tax situation.
Deluxe is good for those who have deductions. Good for most people here.
Premier if you have investments like stocks or rental property.
For a business 'schedule c', I think you need the 'Home and Business'.
'Business' not 'Home and Business' for a trust. Can't get one that includes state taxes.

You still need to buy a new one every year.  The disc can be installed on multiple computers.  ;)  And it may even be cheaper than the download straight from Turbotax.

You get a cheaper service then an accountant ;) you could so easily miss credits or deductions.
Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

I hear that so often.  I've been doing my taxes myself(using software) for the past 5+ years, and I really doubt I would have saved more with an accountant.
