Dear Mr. Sport,

Please accept our apologies for the condition in which you received your stroller after your recent travel with Delta.

Please be assured that every precaution is made to have a passenger's luggage arrive in the same condition as when it was checked into our care. We succeed with few exceptions, and regret the mishandling on your trip.

Our check for $540.00, to reimburse you for the damaged stroller, will be mailed under separate cover.

We appreciate, and thank you for, your choice of Delta to provide your air transportation and look forward to being able to welcome and serve you, once again, on board one of our flights.

Sincerely,

When Elal broke my stroller, after a whole back and forth they sent me a link to the video "united breaks guitars" to show they're not the only ones that break things.  ::)

Wow, what happened to the stroller?
I'm actually conflicted about this because they didn't break my stroller to the point that it's unusable. They only broke one of the brackets. At the time Thai happened I was pretty upset and thought the damage was much worse than it really was.
After waiting online for 3 hrs to speak   To baggage services they filed  a claim for me and told me they would fix it but I need to send it out. This wasn't an option for me. When I got home I emailed delta complaining more about the mistreatment of my stroller and the ridicules length of my wait. They responded that they can't give me any compensation but will look into reimbursing me for my damaged stroller.
I never told them my stroller was "totaled" I even mentioned that it was still usable when I was explaining why I didn't want to send it in to get fixed.
And now I got this email.

Don't think i have it anymore, it was a couple of years ago. It was pretty crazy how they couldn't care and didn't hide the fact.
I gave up after one quick phone call to Britax got me a replacement shipped immediately.

URGENT, PLEASE READ. Not a joke.

THIS IS IMPORTANT

BEWARE and tell everybody you can think of!!!

Better to be safe than sorry

Dave' s brother is a very advanced programmer who does computer work
for a living and has a high up status with Microsoft.

He doesn't send these if they aren't real. If He says this is for real,
it for sure is. Be aware.

VIRUS COMING !

Hi All,

I checked with Norton Anti-Virus, and they are gearing up for this virus!

I checked Snopes , and it is for real. Get this E-mail message sent
around to your contacts ASAP.

PLEASE FORWARD THIS WARNING AMONG FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CONTACTS!

You should be alert during the next few days. Do not open any message
with an attachment

entitled POSTCARD FROM HALLMARK , regardless of who sent it to you.

It is a virus which opens A POSTCARD IMAGE, which 'burns' the whole
hard disc C of your computer.

This virus will be received from someone who has your e -mail address
in his/her contact list.

This is the reason you need to send this e -mail to all your contacts.
It is better to receive this message 25 times than to receive the virus
and open it.

If you receive an email entitled "POSTCARD," even though it was sent to
you by a friend, do not open it! Shut down your computer immediately.
This is the worst virus announced by CNN.

It has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructive virus ever.

This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair
yet for this kind of Virus.

This virus simply destroys the Zero Sector of the Hard Disc, where the
vital information is kept.

COPY THIS E-MAIL AND SEND IT TO YOUR FRIENDS.

REMEMBER: IF YOU SEND IT TO THEM, YOU WILL BENEFIT ALL OF US
