Safest way to collect money for sales

What's the safest way to receive money for voucher sales? PayPal? Chase Payments?

i am looking to sell(send) something to someone worth about 2k what is a safe option for me he doesnt want ap or chase quickpay, paypal i am not comfortable with as he can claim he didnt receive etc.etc i was thinking cod with ups or fedex any ideas?

If you ship with tracking, then you should be covered by Paypal. If he opens a dispute that the item was not as described, he's required to send back the item in order to get refunded. If he sends back a different item, you could appeal the Paypal case, and Paypal will reimburse you.

Chase QP is not really safe, he could cancel the QP even after you accept it. Unless you wait until the money clears your account before shipping it out.

nothing is 100% safe,
best bet is ship it with insurance and get a signature and do it through paypal,
