yes. Red bags of 45% cocoa. Fresh Belgian chocolate chips arrived in Lakewood. All are now in James Street location. 12/pk cases if people want to bring them on return flights, etc..

it's very slight. They are both made from quality Belgian chocolate. They both have high quantities of cocoa and are now both nut-free, dairy-free.
There are some people who prefer the "red" (they say stronger, richer, chocolatey taste) and some prefer "blue" (pure, soy-free for allergen purposes, creamy, smooth melting, dipping, etc...)

You are correct. Three locations. Great quality for a low price.
We are looking forward to the new Gourmet Glatt in Lakewood -- if so, then there will be 4 locations (BP, Cedarhurst, Woodmere, and Lakewood). That was where the number 4 came from.
