What's wrong with the recipe on the back of the TJ package. They're the best I've tasted.

I found this recipe to be very good (swap butter for margarine)

Here it is:
Chocolate chip cookie recipe
1)Beat; 2 sticks marg., 1 cp brown sugar , 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
2)beat in 2 eggs
3) beat 2 1/2 cps flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt
4) mix in 1 pkg chocolate chips
Bake for 9 minutes in 375

NY/NJ will be first -- All paid for. OK Pareve. Looks like approx. 10 days for clear cello bags vs. 3 weeks for poly/coated bags. To be determined.
Any opinions? Aiming for $1050 - $1100 for 10 cases in cash. Otherwise, will be available for retail in stores in May.

They can technically be ready 8-10 days before Pesach, however, most stores are telling us that it's better right after Pesach instead.
