We have another 100+ in CH. The question is if they should go to EK, BenZ's, Marketplace, etc.. or to #DDSCH?

I would say EK. They have weekly specials that go from Wed to Tue following week, and the first day they do sample tastings of a new product, would fit in perfect there.

That's been a popular question along with, "Are these available in mini size"?

The price would be so much higher for a KPF product just for 8 days, that it would be more expensive to make all year-round, just to break even.
Most of the Schmerling options are good for the same needs where this would be used. Obviously, nobody is making cc cookies on Pesach. Once you are melting them, you may as well buy Schmerling's for the week. We are looking into mini-chips as an option. Most probably for bakeries and caterers in a 50lb size box.

Yes.
(Have you tasted Trader Joe's? These taste just like/better than -- acc to 1,000 Kosherfest tasters, etc.. last week. Was great to see their faces light up.)
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Natural Vanilla Extract.

(The Cleveland Clinic says that majority of people who are allergic to soy are NOT allergic to soy lecithin.) Will post a pic that show the Nutrition Facts.

In KRM, when telling other customers about your chips, more than one said they were only looking for mini size chips.  So I think retail size packages would sell.

Yes, however, at that point, why don't they buy the Enjoy Life mini?  That brand has mini and mega sizes, but not regular size.
We made these bec. EL doesn't have this, normal regular "cc cookie" size. (And also to have Tartikov hashgocha, etc.. )

Yes -- that's been our main goal and we are working very hard to keep it that way. It's challenging with $1K trucking fees each week...
Should we have an online poll/vote/thread response to see what the demand is for the mini size? We're planning to sell that in bulk, however if with the new packaging, plates, and design fees, people still want pallets of retail bags of mini, then we can do that.....

Do people like mini chips?

I'd actually sooner see the chunks. I liked the EL chunks.

For the record, I tried the EL 69% cacoa chips (regular size). I dunno what they're for, but you really want a sweeter chip in your baked goods.

Trucking fees? I assume that is from plant to your warehouse on east coast? Or are you self-distributing them to stores?

also, in many places, those EL reg size cc are $6 - $9 !! In addition, most people like our taste much better than EL. And, we're cheaper -- win, win....

BTW:Stock up on chocolate now. The Washinton Post says that we're running out of chocolate:

B"H it's cheaper in Monsey, Lakewood, and even Riverdale Kosher Market, Moisha's, KRM Market, and Kol Tuv are cheaper. We'll see....

Lots of options of places to buy and still tastes better and costs less than Paskesz and Liebers, etc... The volume buying by customers will help keep it cheaper in the stores.
(That's why I was promoting it in order to be successful and keep the stores happy with their sales volume.)

I'm not in CH; if pple want free bags and tastes brought to a location, they can PM and I can see about a pick-up spot availability. I have a free REDcard in that box, too...

Excellent -- thanks for the update. How much do the Paskesz bags cost there? $4.19? $4.29?
So far Farm Fresh, Shloimy's, NPGS, Kollel Store, Kosher West, etc... Heard that the word's out in Lakewood that these taste great! Lakewood sold over 50 cases in recent weeks.

Have you tasted them?

...so, you tasted and you liked?...   :)  ...Perhaps you are joking, however, there will definitely be a special DDF discount code when these are online...
Good prices at NPGS, Pomegranate, and Evergreen...  Even better on SBS...

In the meantime, if there are people interested in a case of 36 they can PM for pick-up in CH. (And/or 2 Target REDcards...)

Looks like you changed your packaging :) (at Empire Kosher)

There were actually 3 bags of yours left in that box (which I of course took.) I wonder if I just got their last three bags...
