I decided to go to carwash with my 3 yr old for 1st time, I figured he would enjoy it. I asked them if I could stay in car, the guy said yes , I had to get out for a second so they could vacuum but made it clear that I'm going in after as there's a kid in the car, before I knew it, they just sent the car in with my kid and it was too late , I tried stopping it but they didn't care. Didn't seem any of them understood a word of English since they were illegal . As the car was going through the car wash I was able to see my son crying frantically, when it finally came through he was almost purple and breathing rapidly.
I quickly went to him and didn't even care about paying. They stopped me and I was screaming at them and I asked for manager, this Chinese guy who said he owns it , didn't care and barely spoke English just said you need to pay.
Meanwhile another guy took my keys until I paid , I called the police but a few minutes after he returned the keys and I left.
This was On Coney Island and Ave C , called Giant Car wash
Am I supposed to file a report against them or sue? My kid will be scared to go near car wash for a long time.
