Update: Log in to My Trips on Usairways website. Shows the AA confirmation number number. Should mean that tickets are being honored.

woohoo! Got my MCE seats... not bad for a quick weekend trip to Milan, not a big fan of the city so will debate going to Turin or Bologna or some of the other locations near Milan (did Venice, Lake Como, Verona, etc)

I've been trying to cancel one of my tickets for a while, and I can't do it on the website, says I have to do it over the phone. Called up, and was waiting on hold for 20 min. till I got fed up. >:(

Where did you book it? I had to cancel one ticket, called CheapoAir and got one of the least friendly CSR out there, he said since it's been over 4 hours, CheapoAir has to charge a fee... I'm usually nice with CSRs, but I went all out on him, since he was reading the script and didn't want to deviate, gave him the whole nine yards, a few minutes later got the cancellation email hehe
as usual HUCA, things might be better now that the game is over, but call before the 24 hour mark...
