NYC to PER

My boss is looking for award travel RT First Class tickets from NYC to PER - airline agnostic.

Which airline offers the easiest point path? The options are a bit overwhelming.

Note: My boss has NO credit cards and I want to score "points" by recommending a few cards to him so that the trips becomes more affordable. I am capable of the research myself once I know which airline to focus on, but if anyone wants to speed this process up for me it would be greatly appreciated.

The citi AA card right now would be the best thing for you to suggest. Also, redemptions are pretty rookie friendly, overall it will score you the most points

That thread has a required format for submissions, which includes dates.  I don't have dates.  This is a higher level ask.
